About Kholo

We are a collective of transformation agents (humans!), who partner with leaders to understand where you are, where you wish to be and the right entry point to deliver that evolution. We deliver products that blend traditional strategy consulting with executive coaching. We provide end-to-end services from advisory to implementation, which is where the rubber really hits the road.

We help leaders step into a new paradigm—one that drives engagement, agility, and long-term success.

Modern organisations have achieved remarkable progress, yet many leaders sense the limits of how we work today. Burnout is rising. Strategy stalls. Decision-making is slow. Retention is falling. Disengagement is at an all-time high. You may be frustrated with the status quo—ready for a shift. And you’re not alone.

The good news?
Change is already happening.

We're proud to have worked with a diverse range of companies

Sajni Lakhani

Founder & Consultant

Sajni has spent over 15 years leading teams through transformation across industries, from blue-chip corporates to scaling start-ups.

With experience in consulting, banking, and private equity, she brings a grounded yet creative approach to organisational change. A natural systems thinker, she blends logic and intuition to help teams design more effective ways of working. At a FTSE 100 retailer, she led the shift from waterfall to agile development — applying the principles of the agile manifesto across all aspects of operations.

Alongside her work in business, Sajni is a qualified executive coach with a long-standing practice in yoga and meditation. She integrates yogic philosophy into her work, helping organisations move from control and fear towards collaboration, presence, and compassion.

What does Kholo do?

At Kholo, we believe in a more effective, human-centred way to lead and to organise. We go beyond rigid structures and outdated leadership models, working deeply across Strategy, operations, culture, and leadership. We provide tailored consulting products that help your organisation get into flow.
Our services include: An organisational health check which is a deep-dive diagnostic of your strategy, operations and culture; Executive coaching for the new era of leadership; immersive off-site leadership events and further ongoing support if required.
In addition to traditional consulting methodologies, we use proven embodiment and somatic techniques that work on a subconscious and behavioral level, unlocking deep shifts that conventional approaches miss.
Our vision? To evolve the way business works—starting with yours.

What problem does Kholo Solve?

We help you finally deliver that change programme and create the culture that your organisation needs to survive and thrive! We will call out blind spots that are holding back the organisation and we are willing to have the uncomfortable conversations in the name of continuous evolution.

Is Kholo for you?

We work with leaders who:
✔ Lead large teams (typically 200 people +) and shape organisational culture.
✔ Are bold, open, and willing to challenge their thinking—including saying, “I don’t know.”
✔ Want to build thriving businesses who fully trust their employees.
✔ Understand that real transformation takes time—there are no silver bullets.
✔ Feel stuck—frustrated that they can’t create the impact they know is possible.
✔ Are done with traditional consulting—tired of reports instead of results.

If this resonates, let’s talk.

Why Kholo and not a more traditional leadership coach or management consultant?

We come from traditional consulting—we understand business. We have the credibility, insight, and experience to bridge the gap between where you are and where the future is going. We have direct experience of managing P&Ls and understand the pressure that comes with that.
We help leaders like you build organisations that work—where strategy turns into action, people thrive, and culture drives performance with: less force, control and rigidity and more flow, trust and resilience.

What does Kholo bring that our in house Strategy or HR department does not have?

Kholo bring a wealth of experience combined with an independent perspective. We have a network of curated and vetted experts who can connect the dots between Business Strategy Executive coaching, Change management and Corporate Learning and Development. We also have propriety measurement methodologies that we can deploy and we integrate somatic practices that embed change and a deep and subconscious level.

Great - I am in! Now I need to sell this to my team: What impact can we expect to see and measure as an organisation?

Companies that prioritise employee well-being, engagement and regenerative leadership models see:

✔ 43% higher productivity1
✔ 20% higher revenue2
✔ 21% higher profitability3
✔ 28% EPS growth4
✔ Higher retention and stronger talent pipelines

And most importantly happier and healthier employees who can have a positive ripple effect in the world. The future belongs to those willing to lead differently.
