Sajni has spent over 15 years leading teams through change in both monolithic blue-chip corporates and rapidly scaling start-ups. She has worked across a variety of different sectors and environments including management consulting, banking and private equity,

A natural systems thinker, both logical and creative, she leads teams to continually innovate more effective ways of working. She pioneered the leap from waterfall to agile technology development at a FTSE 100 retailer, and applies the agile manifesto to all the operations she leads.

Alongside business consulting, Sajni is a qualified leadership executive coach. She has been studying yoga and meditation for over 20 years and she brings the yogic philosophy into her approach with businesses, helping to shift from a paradigm of fear and control to one of increased collaboration and compassion.

Diogo Silva

FOUNDER & LEAD CONSULTANT 

Diogo Silva has 20 years of strategy consulting and corporate experience in London and Iberia, having collaborated with industry leaders such as Accenture Strategy, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and L.E.K. Consulting, founded in 1983 by three ex-Bain partners. He has trained hundreds of consultants in technical and soft skills and has a genuine passion for consultant development and mentoring. Having climbed the full ladder of a consulting career up to Partner level, but also having worked on the client side, Diogo brings a pragmatic perspective of what it takes to get into consulting, stay in consulting and exit consulting.

Diogo holds a degree in Business Administration from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics and an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD. He lives in Sintra with his wife and young family. In his spare time, he is a motorsport geek, avid sim racer with occasional forays to a real racing track, and has ventured into stand-up comedy and humour, but that is a work-in-progress project.
